Privacy Policy
Effective September 28, 2026. This policy covers this guide website only, not Conn Law, LLC’s main website or its client services.
Data Collected
This site has no forms, no email sign-up and no accounts. You can read every chapter and download the PDF without giving us your name, email address or any other personal information.
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages receives technical information with each request: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the page that linked to it. The site also uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics tags, which record the pages you view and how you arrived, may set cookies, and estimate your general location from your IP address.
How We Use It
To deliver the site and keep it secure, and to understand in aggregate which parts of the guide readers use. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
How to Opt Out
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser’s tracking protection, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The guide works the same with all of them turned on.
Children
This site is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted here with a new effective date.
